<p>I hope the new year has started well for you. It has been many months since I have posted to this blog but there was a reason for that. Actually several reasons. One, I have been busy updating my book on cures for chronic disease and that has taken a lot longer than expected. But I have researched more information that I believe will make my book better than ever. Secondly, I started writing another book that deals with health and nutrition. Lastly, I have created another blog that will replace this one.  The new blog uses the Genesis framework which I really like and it makes it easier to create posts on the fly.</p>
<p>In any event, please visit the new blog. Shortly I hope to move the posts currently on this website to my new website. So go to my new blog now. I hope you enjoy it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Arthritis is a group of conditions involving damage to the joints of the body. Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in people older than fifty-five years. There are different forms of arthritis; each has a different cause. The most common form of arthritis, osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease) is a result of trauma to the joints, infection of the joints, or the effects of aging.</p>
<p>Supplements</p>
<p>1. Vitamin A. Vitamin A is necessary for the development of bone tissue, teeth and skin. However, the best form of vitamin A is in the form of beta carotene. The retinol A form depletes vitamin D, and as you may or may not know, vitamin D is one of the most important vitamins around for fighting the ravages of arthritis.</p>
